Who we share it with

  • Records of accepted terms, and billing records: 6 years, for legal and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Contact info@sylenze.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and storage on your device

The Studio uses only what is needed to keep you signed in and secure, and to remember small choices such as a tip you've closed. If you add the Studio to your home screen, the app keeps its own design files on your device so it opens quickly; it never stores photos there. Stripe's payment pages set their own cookies to prevent fraud. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Children

The Studio is for adults acting for an organisation. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 as a user.

Changes

We'll post any update here with a new version number and tell account Owners about significant changes.
