How we look after your photos
UK only
Photos are processed and held in London, in the UK.
Originals deleted when you accept
Your original photo is deleted as soon as you accept the result, and never kept longer than 7 days if you don’t. Your accepted photo stays available to download for 7 days, then it is deleted too.
Never used to train AI
Your photos are not used to train AI models.
Faces found, never recognised
The engine finds faces in a photograph. It does not identify people or recognise who they are.
Your organisation stays in control
Only your organisation’s members can access its jobs. You decide what to upload, review and publish. Changing faces does not remove other identifying clues, or replace your publication permissions.
